SHIPPING & HANDLING 

You will receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive one within 1 Business day, please email Support@rclocosmetics.com

Orders made before 12 PM PST will be shipped out same day. Orders made after 12 PM PST will be shipped out the following day. 

Once the order is shipped, these are the shipping times: 

Standard Shipping within the USA: 3-7 Business Days

2-3 Day Shipping within the USA: 2-3 Business Days

Standard International Shipping: 5-20 Business Days (Depending on the country)

Expedited International Shipping: 1-6 Business Days (Depending on the country)

We can’t help if some orders are affected also by customs or local services in your country, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

As long as the order has not been dispatched, we are able to change it easily! Please email us at support@rclocosmetics.com  with your order number, wrong mailing address and new mailing address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, however if a product is delivered damaged please email support@rclocosmetics.com with photos of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving it. We will then either get a new product out to you or process a refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
